We, at J&M Cleaning Services, are striving to run our company in a manner that frees our employees from this legacy.

We take active steps to promote employment equity. Our workforce is employed in numbers that reflect the demographics of our region.

Our recruitment is done on the basis of employing anyone who is capable of carrying out a specific function. Gender does not play a role in the decision-making, except in cases whereby hard physical labour is required or concerns are raised about the safety for women in relation to travelling, or if the location of the contract is too isolated etc.

We always promote from within our company and seldom employ management from outside. We train our cleaners to supervisory level and after careful induction; we can normally promote our supervisors to the level of Area Manager, thus creating a management team with hands-on experience.
